Jam Side Up is a Jazz Club hosted at the Calder House Hotel, Seascale, West Cumbria. If you like to play or listen to Jazz or Blues, then you have come to the right web site.

Next Jam Session: Friday 17th July 2009 at the CALDER HOUSE HOTEL, SEASCALE.
Music starts at 8:00. Please do not be shy about introducing yourselves if you want to join in and play. Bring your instrument or just come and listen!
MUSIC: We are not limited to it, but the club own Sher Music Real Books Volumes 1 2 & 3 also the NWJazz Real Books in Concert C, Eb and Bb. If you would like to see a complete alphabetic index of tunes from these books, you can click the link below:
The Club would like to thank Mary Clark for donating her music books. These are particularly suited to the vocalists and are all in Concert C. We hope that Mary will continue to share with us in the enjoyment of these books at future Jam sessions.

ARRANGEMENT AND FILE SHARING: The following link will take you to Box Net. The club have musical arrangements that are used at the Jam Sessions available here. You can obtain MP3's and listen to the arrangements or use them to practice your solos. Concert C, Eb and Bb sheet music is also available and some specific instrument and Bass Cleff parts also.
